Awareness Today
Better Futures Tomorrow
The Transforming Minds programme is based on the belief that that the conversations we have with young people today shape the adults they become tomorrow.
Our progressive workshop programmes for primary and secondary schools are designed to build awareness, confidence and resilience, giving young people the tools they need to navigate relationships, the digital world and real-life situations safely and respectfully.
Rooted in our core approach - Think. Question. Empathise. Stay Safe. Shape the Future - our sessions don’t just tell students what to do. They encourage them to reflect, challenge and understand the impact of their choices on themselves and others.
How our programmes work
Our workshops follow a spiral curriculum, introducing key themes early and revisiting them with increasing depth as pupils grow.
Workshop packages can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of your school. You may wish to book a single workshop for a particular year group or choose a comprehensive package covering all year groups, with themes and content designed to suit each age group appropriately.
· In primary school, we focus on building strong foundations, helping children understand friendships, boundaries, online safety and how to speak up when something doesn’t feel right.
· In secondary school, we develop this further, exploring digital relationships, consent, online behaviour, peer pressure, identity and the real-world consequences of decisions.

Why it matters
Young people are growing up in an increasingly complex world - where friendships, identity and risk are often shaped online. From group chats and social media to AI and digital relationships, the challenges they face are immediate and evolving.
The Transforming Minds programme helps young people to:
Think critically about what they see and experience
Question influences and challenge harmful norms
Empathise with others and understand impact
Stay safe in both online and offline spaces
Shape their future through informed, respectful choices
Supporting your statutory responsibilities
Our programmes are fully aligned with statutory guidance, including:
Relationships Education (Primary) and Relationships & Sex Education (Secondary)
Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)
We support schools to deliver key requirements around:
Healthy relationships and consent
Online safety and digital literacy
Respect, equality and tolerance
Safeguarding, including recognising risk and reporting concerns
By combining clear guidance with engaging, meaningful delivery, Transforming Minds helps schools go beyond compliance, supporting young people to truly understand, apply and live these values.
Supporting your staff:
Tailored, relevant and impactful
Alongside our student workshops, the programme offers bespoke staff training designed to reflect the real experiences, challenges and context of your school community. We know that no two schools are the same, which is why our training is shaped around your setting, whether that’s emerging online trends, specific safeguarding concerns or the needs of your local area.
Our sessions equip staff with the confidence, language and practical strategies to respond effectively to issues such as online harm, harmful sexual behaviour, digital relationships and the evolving role of technology, including AI. We focus on building a shared understanding across staff teams, ensuring consistent, informed responses that support both safeguarding and student wellbeing.
By combining up-to-date insight with your school’s context, our training ensures staff feel prepared not just to meet statutory expectations, but to handle real situations with clarity, confidence and care.
