Real Relationships, Real Boundaries helps students explore what healthy relationships look like in a world where so much communication happens online. Through open discussion and real-life scenarios, students examine the role of respect, consent, trust and boundaries in both friendships and romantic relationships, while developing the confidence to recognise and challenge unhealthy behaviours.

The workshop explores digital relationship abuse, coercive control, online consent, image sharing and the growing influence of AI on relationships. Students will learn about the legal differences between age of consent and image sharing laws, understand the risks associated with sextortion and online pressure, and consider how AI chatbots can affect expectations of real-world relationships. By the end of the session, students will have a clearer understanding of how to build healthy relationships, assert boundaries and seek support when they need it.
